She could hug a million people a day, but no one could ever come close to making her feel as warm and safe.
She could be given endless compliments. Doors opened, smiles brimmed wide. Drinks bought. Stares and smirks day and night. Messages received from the old and the new. Find someone who unleashes fireworks but simultaneously calms your mind. Someone who reaches for your hand, anytime you're out, as to not leave you behind. Who turns car rides into sing-a-long adventures. Someone who tucks your hair behind your ear as you cuddle in close. Or knows which flowers you like the most. Someone who asks about your mom and how she has been. And surprises you with a gift every now and then. Find someone who loves lazy Sundays like you. Someone who tries to make you laugh when you are feeling blue. Find someone who you tell all your secrets to. Someone who supports your dreams and helps them come true. Someone who has an intoxicating smell. Or smirk that makes you melt. Someone who makes it a priority that you are heard. Someone who knows your favorite restaurant and what you order. Or someone who makes you want to save every message and letter like a little hoarder. Someone who is your best friend, sibling and lover. Find someone where you couldn't imagine another.
Take pride in how far you have come and have faith in how far you can go
